The Lives We Impact

Unfortunately, due to some owners’ failure to pay the special assessment that was due by October 1, 2016, the HOA is still short the cash required to proceed with Phase 1 of the paving project. The board sent out reminders to those that have not yet paid, but until we have the funds in hand we cannot move forward. With winter nearly upon us, Phase 1 will most likely be delayed until 2017. Our hope, is that the second part of the special assessment will be passed in early 2017 with a deadline for payment during the first half of the year. If we can collect enough funds by late spring 2017, the entire neighborhood can be paved at the same time over summer 2017. We will be having another Special assessment meeting January 9th at the Burke School 7pm.

Look for more information in the mail shortly.
